mixed experience
unhelpful staff strange breakfast
the staff wasn't very helpful . i asked for a taxi and was told to use an app. i prefered a regular taxi and this wasn't accommodated. also, the breakfast experience was a little strange. i wanted to pay for two days at once, but the reception would only let me pay one day at a time.

Excellent stay near cultural attractions
rooftop pool tourist attractions welcome drink
I found the rooftop pool to be a GREAT feature, offering both sun loungers and shaded areas. The location provided easy access to many tourist attractions. local eateries. The hotel was very clean, and the staff gave us a WELCOME drink upon arrival. I appreciated this touch.
The elevator service was sometimes slow. ONE elevator serves the entire hotel.

Breakfast included a variety of continental options. Thai noodles. Curries were also available. These choices provided a satisfying start to the day, with convenient and diverse food options.

The beautiful double room featured a comfortable jacuzzi tub. A separate shower was included. This added a touch of luxury to the stay and I appreciated the spaciousness.

The hotel is located within WALKING distance of several local bars. Restaurants and massage places are right at the hotel's doorstep. These features made it easy to explore the area.

tiny gym rattling air conditioning
the gym was a joke. it was more like a storage closet with a treadmill. also, the air conditioning unit rattled all night! it sounded like a truck was idling in my room. i swear i could hear it even through earplugs.

the breakfast was good and had an interesting choice with local cuisine.
the staff seemed very impersonal, and uninterested. they told me it was my problem and offered no assistance.

The rooftop pool area was a highlight. It offered city views. The breakfast buffet featured Western and Eastern options. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants.
The bathroom lacked full walls, I found that strange. A sliding curtain offered minimal privacy. The day staff was sometimes unhelpful. The TV did not function.
